LaunchPad

The Accelaflow Launchpad is a library of automated processes and configurable utilities that we can leverage to get workflows off the block quicker and producing results in a few short weeks.

With Accelaflow Launchpad, you never start from scratch; we have a base library of components that you configure to get 80-90% of your workflow up and running without any customization. Requiring only 10% of customization typically.

Most workflow solutions typically involve the following components:

Trigger: Initiate a workflow vased on item received. This item may be an email, fax, street mail documents, payment (check or electronic), an online request, inter-department task etc. Accelaflow components allow a workflow to be triggered from all of these by supporting email, scan and data as sources.

Process: Includes automation of simple to complex tasks like -

  • Evaluation of data to determine actions, alerts, outputs all geared towards successful conclusion of the item
  • Get additional data required to make decisions
  • Get user feedback required to make decisions
  • Package generated outputs for storage/delivery – naming, tagging, securing and compressing
  • Store and track actions, data, decisions and outputs for reporting and audits

User input: Web based UI, email responses, hand held scanners, mobile devices, external systems and apps through web services.

Outputs: Emails, files, web service updates, database updates.

Case Example - Foreclosure bidding approvals (5% customization)

  • Description of project: Generate bidding instructions for Foreclosure attorneys using investor, loan and geographic data. Provide mechanisms to validate and approve the bids through multiple levels with alerts based on loss percentage and investor information
  • Components used:
    • Secured WebServices to get data and store generated bids
    • Generate PDF output
    • Apply xml rules and evaluations Rules based routing and evaluations
    • Generate checklist and status reports
    • Approval process and level evaluations
    • Template based stylesheets for approval of bids
    • Portal to retrieve archived bids and perform audits

Case Example - Liquidation (10% customization)

  • Description of project:Use incoming funds and HUD's to generate posting transactions and reporting to successfully post liquidation and short sale funds and close out a loan in mortgage servicing systems.
  • Components used:
    • Apply xml rules and evaluations Rules based routing and evaluations
    • Generate CSV output
    • Generate checklist and status reports
    • Approval process and level evaluations
    • Image and rule based stylesheets for approval of HUDs and verification of liquidations
